Several factors can lead to an unfortunate situation where the ECU becomes ‘bricked’. If your ECU becomes unresponsive during a flash, or you attempted to flash the wrong ROM, it may need to be sent in for recovery. Please make sure that your ECU is shipped without any brackets, ship the ECU by itself. Please include your order number and contact information. Write the ROM Number on the ECU or include it on paper with the ECU so as to help us identify the proper method of recovery.
NOTICE: If you are not able to provide a previous order number for your cable kit AND license, then we cannot offer this service for free.
